Our business law firm “ebl redsky” (previously redsky legal) is pleased to welcome a new partner : Me Pierre-Louis Docq, a specialized lawyer in Real Estate and Construction Law, whose expertise will enlarge and help develop our present activities for the benefit of our Belgian and International clients.

A twenty years practice has enabled Pierre-Louis to successfully specialize in the field of general Real Estate Law, including the analysis of sharp legal matters, and the global management of disputes (amicable settlements and legal proceedings). In particular, his expertise relates to the Property Development Law , Architecture Law, works contracts, engineers contracts, safety and health coordination issues, but also subjects such as property assets deals, leases, real rights (co-ownership, easements, usufruct), neighbouood disturbances, expropriations, and all administrative related issues (Public contracts, administrative appeals,…). He acts for a very diversified clientele of real estate investors, developers, architects, contractors and other related professionals or private owners, from important international groups to private individuals, who seeck to protect their property assets.

Beyond his legal competence, Pierre-Louis has developed a technical expertise leading him to a pragmatic approach of the issues at stake. This knowledge is highly appreciated by his clients, in particular in technical expertises (judicial or amicable).
